    Employee was putting a third pinner steel in the chuck when another steel fell out of the roof smashing the tip of EE's left ring finger between the two steels. EE was treated at the ER where EE received sutures to repair the finger. EE was given a full release with no restrictions to return EE's next shift.

    Employee was walking up to the drill station and noticed a small piece of material on the top of EE's canopy, before proceeding to the control levers EE took EE's left arm to wipe the small material off the canopy when a piece of slate contacted EE's left arm causing a bruise.
