Employee WAS WORKING ON SEPERATING THE OIL COOLER FROM THE RADIATOR ON A GRADALL XL-5110 WHEN A BOLT BROKE CAUSING EE'S RIGHT INDEX FINGER TO MAKE CONTACT WITH SHEET METAL. THE SHEET METAL LACERATED EE'S FINGER WHICH REQUIRED 6 STITCHES.
