Worker was pulling themselves up on ladder to the Haul Truck and felt a sharp pain in their left shoulder. Medical provided restrictions. Able to perform all normal duties but at a slower pace.

Accident narrative
At approx. 0730 on 01/14/2025 employee was walking back away from a scrap pile of steel and slipped into a tire rut which was iced over. Employee landed on left side/shoulder. The employee was provided with restrictions and able to return to work adhering to restrictions.
