Employee 1 and Employee 2 were manually moving a stacker base approximately five feet. During the movement, one adjusted their body position and footing. While twisting and repositioning, they experienced pain in left knee. The employees safely set the stacker base down and stopped work.

It was not until 6-3-2026 (following day) when employee had a hard time getting out of bed for work when it was reported. Resulted in acute lumbar myofascial strain
