THE MINER WAS WORKING ON AN EXCAVATOR, WHILE REPLACING A HYDRAULIC HOSE AND WHILE LOOSENING THE HOSE, THE PRESSURE BUILT UP AND THE FLUID HIT THE MINER IN THE FACE AROUND THE LOWER LIP AND CHIN AREA.
