Employee was replacing a poly liner and was using a drill to pilot a hole. Misplaced where their hand was on the opposite side and the drill made contact with their hand resulting in a cut that required 2 stitches.

Employee was washing out under the cone crusher to prepare for maintenance. While performing the task, employee slipped and fell landing on EE's ribs. Was seen at local ER and prescribed pain medicine. Was able to return to work with zero restrictions.
