EMPLOYEE REPORTS WAS CLOSING THE BUGGY'S BONNET, SLIPPED AND FELL. EMPLOYEE FELL ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF BODY PRESENTING STRONG PAIN IN THE SIDE AREA.
