Employee was helping disassemble a Hitachi excavation machine, while hooking up straps to a spreader bar. The bar moved and knocked EE off of the machine. Employee landed on EE's feet

Accident narrative
Employee was holding a wedge used to remove a stuck sheave pulley on a motor shaft. Another employee was striking the wedge with a 4lb. hammer and the hammer missed the wedge and struck holding employee in top of left hand. Employees were wearing full PPE, but hammer strike resulted in fracture of left hand.
