Accident narrative
The incident occurred while employee was cutting 1/4" carbon steel using a metal saw. When the cut piece fell, the employee attempted to pick it up and was cut through a glove by the long burr, resulting in a laceration to the ring finger on their left hand that required six stitches.

Driller was walking on the pattern and rolled EE's ankle as EE stepped on a frozen chunk of dirt. Operator fell to the ground got up and stated EE had rolled EE's ankle.
