Accident narrative
While splitting a haul truck for shipment underground, mechanic lost control of jack hammer and pinched their left pinky finger between the hammer and truck. Mechanic was transported and diagnosed with laceration and possible fracture. Employee returned to work without restrictions and completed the remainder of the shift.

Accident narrative
on 5/15/2026 miner was struck by loose rock from the back while kneeling to load lifters on the sill. Miner refused medical evaluation and completed shift and rotation. On 6/2/2026 miner stated EE had ache in right side pelvis area and was taken for medical evaluation and was placed on restriction for a contusion to the pelvis.
