The employee was tightening a come along while doing utility work when the come along broke and the hook struck the employees finger. The employees' finger was later on determined to have a fracture at local hospital.

The employee was working on disassembling the temporary hoist for an upcoming job after testing. A steel piece was being hoisted to be removed from the platform when it shifted and struck the employees hand against a handrail. The incident resulted in a broken finger.

The employee was driving and hit a pothole when their seat bounced heavily, and the employee's head struck the ceiling of the cab causing a laceration. The employee received 8 staples to the top of the head.
