Employee was carrying a beam with another employee to put on top of bolter. The employee in the back tripped on rough bottom and dropped the beam. The beam accidentally slid, and inadvertently, the injured employee's finger got pinched between the rib and the beam.

Employee was in the process of working on scoop in the outside shop. EE was tightening a bolt when they felt a pain in right shoulder. Employee continued to work all of have their scheduled shifts until they were taken off of work on 9/11/2026 to surgically repair their right shoulder.

Employee was putting a high line hook of extra bits in the parts car at the load center. When EE let go of the hook, the end of the hook caused a laceration to EE's left index finger. Employee received sutures so close the laceration and treated and released to return to work. No time was lost.
