Employee was performing maintenance on the skid steer. The cab of the skid steer was raised. The door was left open when raising the cab. The door closed on the employee's finger. The tip of finger was lacerated and the fingernail came off the finger.

Employee reached across the bag sealer to adjust the sealer height. The employee had their arm extended while operating the adjustment handle. While operating the adjustment handle the employee felt something pull or tear in their right arm. The employee was diagnosed with a torn bicep.

Employee was on a work platform prepping bags for the packer. An airline came off the packer placer arm. The employee saw the adverse condition and quickly came down the three steps from the work platform. The right gastrocnemius muscle ruptured when the employee stepped down onto the cement floor.

Weather during the day created slick conditions around the plant. EE was walking from the parking area over to the plant when EE slipped and fell. EE was diagnosed with a lateral knee strain.
