    While setting up a drill rig at a new location, a Driller struck the tip of left thumb with a hammer they were using to install a 4"x4" piece of wood to the wood deck to help keep the drill on alignment.

    A Fixed Maintenance employee assisting with re-installation of a return roller for a conveyor belt. While lifting roller back into position, the supporting bracket weighing 7lbs - 10lbs slipped out of place and fell approximately 29 inches. Bracket struck the back of the employee's left hand resulting in a fracture of the 4th finger on the left hand.
