    Employee was in the process of installing roof supports. EE was drilling the outside bolt in the third row of bolts when an undetected piece of draw rock fell striking EE on the right shoulder area resulting in pain in EE's neck and back.

    Employee finished loading the shot and got back in the cab of the truck. EE sat down, removed EE's safety glasses and something got in EE's left eye. EE received first aid at the mine site but asked to be taken to a medical clinic. The physician prescribed eye drops.
